By accessing or using ClerStock ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, or use it to store or distribute unlawful content. You are responsible for the data you upload to ClerStock and for complying with applicable laws in the Philippines and your jurisdiction.
4. Beta Service
ClerStock is currently offered in beta. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Data in the beta may be modified or removed while issues are resolved, so you should not treat ClerStock beta as your only long-term system of record.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including the software, branding, and documentation, remain with ClerStock and its licensors. You retain ownership of the business data you upload.
6. Disclaimers and Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClerStock disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a risk to the Service or other users.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
